  • 1988
     
    Contract to sell Pendre and its land to Robert Timothy Evans and Deborah Louise Evans.
    The land adjoining, formerly part of Rhosfach Lwyngweision.
  • 1965
     
    Conveyance between Mr T R Pugh Jones to Mrs Annie Iris Milnes for a piece of land adjoining Pendre for the sum of twelve pounds ten shillings for 650 square yards of land.

    This is to replace the lease from 1887

    Signed by T R Pugh-Jones, R Pugh-Jones and O Pugh-Jones in the presence of W J Willaims and M A Evans.
